NanoQ : user-friendly software
The VASCO particle size analyzer is delivered with its dedicated software NanoQ. Cordouan Technologies engineers have well-thought this software to meet requirements for either a scientific approach or a simplified and user-friendly use.
You’ll never master an applied-physics software so quickly: thirty minutes are sufficient to cover the whole features and pick up the knack without the need of strong technical skills.

Complete size characterization
NanoQ receives raw data from the embedded autocorrelator and computes them with highly efficient algorithms in order to show the user a complete size characterization of its sample.
Thanks to the easy sequential structure, the user is guided throughout its measurement steps: describing its sample and measurement configuration, performing the acquisition then analyzing data and storing the result in a customizable report.
A unique simulation mode
If the user might import former measurements files for replay purposes (with modified settings or not), nanoQ offers a unique simulation mode: enter your own size distribution and simulate a real measurement sequence. That becomes a powerful and pedagogical tool to understand the impact of each measurement setting: samples characteristics (viscosity, temperature and refractive index), noise, polydispersity, etc.
Moreover one can superimpose a real measurement with an expected size distribution and so getting helpful information in its process comprehension.

Size characterization display
With its very intuitive and modern graphical interface, the main information is visible on a unique page at each step not on multiple opened windows. The Analysis page provides a complete information on the results:
- Size distribution in intensity, volume, number (histogram and tab)
- Fit and residues
- Results from the common Cumulants method but mainly with the unique Pade-Laplace inversion algorithm

The step-by-step analysis becomes essential for one who wants to follow an aggregation kinetic or when the VASCO particle size analyzer is performed with its on-line option.
