Solid-state, wet-chemical and sonochemical routes of synthesis were assayed to obtain Bi2O3 particles. X-Ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) were applied to characterize the obtained particles.
