Solid-state, wet-chemical and sonochemical routes of synthesis were assayed to obtain Bi2O3 particles. X-Ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) were applied to characterize the obtained particles. Then, they were evaluated as electrode materials to develop sensor devices. (290)
